Just wonderin if the newer style stock wheels on the 06+ will fit older model dodges? I have a 04 and thinking of replacing my wheels with those and wonderin if there will be any problems before I decide to buy them.

Just sold a set of 04.5 forged wheels to another poster on one of the boards and he was having limited problems in that the studs may not be long enough. Not really sure as after looking at my lug nuts they fit into the wheels a little (like a 45* angle) and then the tops are a little hollow so that the stud although not as long as the lug a few threads stick out inside the nut. Hope this makes sense as not sure I can explain it very well. The main question seems to be are the studs longer or are just the lugs different and I don't know the answer. Maybe find one of each year truck and measure the length of the stud, and if the same then you only need the newer lugs.

Good luck....Don
