removing front left fender?

removing front left fender?
i'm going to install an auxiliary fuse block inside the front left fender well. Can you guys please give me some advice before i remove my front left fender?

You mean the plastic inner liner?
If so, I've pulled them to install Jake brakes. Carefully unclip the ABS sensor wire first, then pull the screws and it pulls right out.

thanks, but i mean the metal outer fender. not sure if there are shims in there or adjustments that need to be made for the body lines.

Yeah definetly(sp) take pics. I replaced my whole front end from a 04 to a 07 front end. Mine did not have any spacers in the fenders. I replaced with some repop fenders and i did have to add shims when i put it back together. If your just taking it off and putting it back on you should be fine, might have to adjust the tightness of the bolts as you go to get it to line up.

Mark your bolts and fender with a paint pen, then remove. In theory, when you put it back on, line up marks, and it should be in the same place as before. Also, masking tape works great on edges to protect the paint.
