Recalls and Poor customer service

Got the recall on my 04 for steering linkage, pitman arm, and shock stabilizer. Since I replaced all of them because of problems before the recall came out they said fax in receipts. Faxed them in and they lose it, then they want me to mail in receipts do that, they are give me money back for steering stabilizer shocks and that's it. It's been since May when I first sent receipts and they tell me to send back check that's not even here yet and ask to look over receipts again. Chrysler is such a joke. If it weren't for Cummins I would never buy their product again.
Has anyone else had problems getting money back for parts bought??

Sounds pretty much what "customer service" passes for these days; no matter who's name is on the company letterhead.
I have reverted back to buying as much as possible from local independent businesses.

I developed dw@ 22K. Contacted the dealer and they couldn't get me in for two days. Since I was leaving on vacation,I paid for the parts and had them installed at my local indepent Dodge shop staffed by Dodge ex-pats. Sent in all the receipts for a partial refund(parts only) and never heard from them again.

You have to stay on them like crazy I probably have 10+ calls into them. Now have a letter sent to Chrysler about how much their effort to "fix" the problem was not up to par of good customer service.
