Rear window leaking

Left work this evening and noticed the top of the bench seat was wet across the entire seat. Water was dripping from the window gasket but appeared to be coming from above the window itself.

Anyone had issues with either the highmount brake light or GPS antenna leaking?

Brake light seal. Remove light lens, clean off old gasket, smear on light layer of clear silicone, stick down and put screws back in, wipe off excess, and forget about it. I put new bulbs in mine while I had it off, just for giggles.

I have a solid back glass on mine and where the little rubber piece runs off the back of the drivers side roof it would leak through around window seal. Packed the crack with rtv and no more problems.

Wink

You know the 06 trucks do have a back slider sealing problem,,there is a ser vice TSB 23-010-07 it is basicly a spot missed with poliyurithane sealant in the left lower corner, may or maynot be your problem but shouldnt overlook it.

Just traced down a major leak and it was the third light leakinf badly filling the pockets under the rear seat.
A little silicone all is good.

Mine was leaking and filling the storage compartments under the seats. There is a drain on the passenger side of the slider window, mine was clogged i used a piece of weed trimmer string and pushed it through into the cab of the truck. I also cleaned up the gasket around the slider and havent seen any water since.
