Thought it was just the brake light bulb, but it turns out to be the assy behind the lens. Took it apart and the plastic area of the bulb was melted and the contacts in the assy had a nice burnt spot on them, I think that if there are alot of dodge owners having this problem then maybe something should be done jointly about this like a "TSB" created!
