I'm buying 2" spacer leveling kit and 4(bilstein)shocks over the weekend. Only pull 16' bumper and 3 or 4k.

On a normal bases the rear springs should not sag. Unless you always carry a heavy load in the bed. I have installed several leveling kits and haven't had a problem with the rear sagging.

I have a friend with a 03 3500 and 2" levelling kit. Once he puts a trailer on it the truck does sag some in the rear. I won't level my truck for just that reason. His truck was levelled when it was almost new and his trailer is only a 16' enclosed car hauler. My truck sits nice and level with my trailer hooked up.

Thanks for the info. I'll probably just add a pair of Supersrings.

Yes, it will sag. All I do is pull my 21ft ski boat, my heaviest cargo is my fourwheeler and my rear is sagging pretty bad. My answer was to install air-ride airbags which worked out great. If you hate sagging rear ends or even perfectly level(which on these trucks looks like it's sagging) as bad as I do then modify the rear as well.

I thought about the air-ride air bags but I was told that when empty it rides like a log wagon. Is this not true. B/C if it's not then that's the way i will go.

Depends on how much air, w/ 100 psi your teeth will jar loose. W/ 20-40 your rear end will rise up nicely(that sounds weird, sorry) and the ride is fine. Now, where these things shine is when you have heavy cargo or your pulling a heavy tonge weight, you'll have a stock ride quality w/ no sagging. By the way unloaded w/70-100 psi the rear sits too high.

I have 2.5" of levelling and when I have a trailer on, I upset oncoming drivers so I put a set of Firestone air bags on. Best 400 I spent on the truck.
Gives me the ability to level the truck with whatever weight I have on it.
10 psi empty, no such thing as a log wagon ride. Only if I forget to air them down after towing do I notice more bounce...not real bad but noticable.
