I was reading some truck magizine waiting for my wife's car to get finished for an oil change, it stated that the Dodge 2005 Ram's will get a Refresh look. No what is a Refresh look ?>

A refresh is generally minor changes to the design of a vehicle but not a complete redesign like the '03s.

Why the heck would Dodge refresh a design that will only be in its third year in 2005?
