Angry RBQ and Sirius

Just installed the Sirius receiver kit with RBQ head unit. To my great dissapointment , It does not display the song or artist info. I seems that the receiver is capable of doing this but Chrysler did not add the appropiate wire to their harness kit. Unbelieveable This chrysler install kit was not cheap. 125.00 Just wanted to pass this on to those that were thinking of doing this. If I had it to do over, I would have installed a less expensive external kit ,which would have given this info.

That really disapointed me, as i was used to the song/artist being displayed. i wish i had the RB1, but the 6 disc changer was a lot more important to me than a half a**ed GPS unit.

I have the rb4.I just installed the sirius setup.I do wish song title scrolled but still prefer it built in as opposed to the reciever bouncing around my dash.I can get used to that.

I wouldnt call these nav radios 1/2 *** gps.The more I use mine the more I am glad I got it in my truck. My truck came with it installed,I would not have paid as much as they advertise ,but happy it is there.

well the cool thing with the RB 1 is that you can have the sirius and the cd changer. i will have to disagree with you on the half*** gps though. this unit is one of the better units i have used out there (and believe me i have used a lot of them). i wouldn't trade it for an aftermarket radio. it does everything i want it to do and i bought it for less than half the price of a aftermarket unit. it has more options than i will ever use.
