Will the radio (CD changer) out of a 07 Durango work in my 07 Mega cab (single cd)?

 

By work you mean fit, or wire up to?... I'm not sure what the radio out of a dingo looks like, but i'm sure crutchfield or some other company would have a plug n play harness if the connections dont match up.

 

When I was doing research for mine, it appeared that the Ram, Dakota, and Durango all used the same component. Mine came out of a dakota, and it just plugged right in.

 

If you are going to make the swap, look for a 6 disc changer that fits into the same hole... Factory radio.. It will also play MP3s and that allows you about 600 songs of your favorite music. I found one on ebay and paid $105.00

Must have changed from 07 to 08 cause my wifes 08 Durango has the touch screen nav, and it wont fit, neither will the standard radio. Well with some custom work it can be retrofitted into the nav bezel though. Fella on here has done it before and made it work with a lockpick harness.
