I routered down some h2's and when I put the first front wheel on and it sucked up when the impact started to work but then its all the way on it has some slop like my old trailer did. I guess my bit got worn down a little or something and might not have taken enough off but I thought that the h2's were supposed to fit on the front with any mods and it was the back where the problem accoured. Anyway I cannot get it off now and I checked the other side and it has no slop so that is a problem. Any ideas?
Something doesn't sound right. IF you routered the hub out to 4.774" the wheel should suck up and center on the lugs not the hub. In other words, and I'm guessin' here, I don't think your clearing the lip on the hub, Or your using the wrong lug nuts (I used the stock dodge lug nuts)
I did 2 more passes with the router on the last wheel, and it went right on. I'm going to pull the other 3 wheels and make a few more passes tomorrow, I'm hoping they arent pressed on and will come off with minimal effort.
The old man had some good ideas and agreed with mine, here are the options for when I get time. Use block of wood to beat off a corner at a time. Use a balancer or steering wheel puller or larger if I can hook on the wheels somewhere. Use the torch to slightly heat up the wheel. Remove nut and outer portion of whatever comes the axle first then remove hub or whatever you call it from wheel off truck. That one would require a axle assembly diagram before I got on it. What is weird is that I took the material down just slightly past the lip where the bearing rides and it does not fit. Is the 07 axle slightly bigger that other years? I guess when I get the wheel off I will also take off the rears and freehand with grinder with the stone bit to enlarge all four after marking with a sharpie then go get balanced. Anyone see any flaws to these ideas?
I had the same issue, routed the wheel but forgot about the lip. Could not get the wheel off. I tried bearing puller, 5lb hammer, ect. Nothing worked, so, I loosened the lug nuts a few millimeters off the wheel and took a drive around the house, came back, loosened them another few millimeters and took another drive. After two/three tries, the wheel rested on the lug nuts and then I was able to take it of without a problem.
I loosened the lugs on the front wheel, and drove no more than 30 ft while making a sharp turn and it came loose. The rears wouldn't budge using this method, so I jacked them off the ground and took a 10# sledge to the back of the tire, they popped in 3 hits. Ran a couple passes with the router set so the bearing was off the wheel, and now I have the clearance I need.

I did both my sets of wheels with a grinder. The first set I did a few years back got stuck on the rear axle I beat the tire with a sledge and it came off after a few good hits around the tire. If you got it that stuck on the front you definitely didnt take enough off the wheel. I dont measure mine i take that little lip that shows from the inside of the wheel off.
Sledge on the tire sounds like the easiest thanks yall. Pops did also say last resort use the redneck syle of driving around the block but I had a wheel come off the highschool hot rod due to the power in the motor I built being to much for old studs I guess so was a little leary. There is just a 32 more left where the bearing was riding cause the bit takes a little more than it is supposed to so I just maybe flip it and hit it from the other side over and over till the desired size is achieded.
Problem solved. A couple of whacks with the sledge on the backside of the tire and off it came. Then I made six passes with the router on each wheel which took off probably another 16th and the fit is perfect. Thanks y'all.
