Power Steering?

Got my oil changed a Valvoline the other day and they said that my power sterring fluid was low. Had the chance to look uder the truck today and there was flud all over the bottom of the pump. I did a search on this and only found one other post. Is this common? I need to take it in for a paint problem I guess I will have them take a look at that also. Any body else have this problem?

I think mine is leaking too. With less than 500 miles, I'm not too happy. The truck has been everything I hoped besides this.

While changing the oil last week on my truck I noticed the same thing. I have not scheduled time for the dealer. I wonder if this is an onging issues the the '03's

Mine just went out, after only 11 months. I am really disappointed.

Sorry for not responding to the questions some kind of glitch I was never notified. First let's talk about the power steering. Got a chance to take it in the other day and it was a loose nut, not to be confused with the one behind the wheel . Ten minutes and it was fixed. My paint problem is one that appeared under my magnetic signs and what appears to be condensation between the clear and the paint. I posted some some pictres under a thread titled paint problem. It actually cured it's self before I got it to the dealer.

After a few weeks of waiting on parts mine is going into the dealer tomorrow for a new PS pump, line and the parts to fix the windows that scratched my tint.

We will see if they get it done!

I noticed that my steering gearbox had some oil on it while changing my front differential fluid. I took it to the dealer and they said it was leaking and that they ordered a new steering gearbox and would call me when it arrived. This is the first real problem I've had and its got 29,500 miles. I hope the new one does'nt start leaking after another 30,000.
