Reading in the 2003 service manual, it looks like replacing the back glass is a capital PAIN. I think I'd check with a couple of body shops to get their take on it before ordering one.

My SLT came without a slider, I called a local glass shop that quoted me up to $1000 CDN. He said the new Ram's are probably the worst to work on, they basically have to brerak the old glass to get it out, the goop that holds it in is a real pain to work with.
Don't have a slider and likely never will from what he told me...

Don't remember the year they went to glue. If yours is glued in the costs go up significantly. I was quoted about $1200 installed for a power rear slider on my 06'.
