Don't know what this is called, but mine kinda flaps in the wind. On both sides about where the wipers are is where it flaps. Can't really tell how it attaches, but it seems loose against the windshield side. Anyone have any ideas? Don't really want to go to dealer if it's something I can fix myself.

There are supposed to be clips that hold it in place.
When I had the windshield replaced, the geeks broke the clips and never said anything.
I used silicone.

its called the cowl. mine does the samething when it is really windy. i have not had a chance to look at it- to determine a fix.

 

Well it was really windy today, and running down the inerstate at 70 made it worst.

 

Running a bug deflector?

 

Yes I have a bug deflector. You think that has an effect? I've had my truck a little over a year now. Seems I would have noticed this problem sooner.
