CD in NM

I have a friend who recently picked up a used factrory overhead DVD for his 2006 MegaCab. Of course, it did not come with the manual or any installation instructions.

Does anyone here have a pic of an exploded view of the parts with part numbers? I think he is missing a few parts, and I know he is going to need the fastner that attaches it to the overhead in the center. I believe he just needs to pull the center headliner push plug and the fastner just screws in, need to know the thread size or bolt size.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. TIA.
