No ac blowing hot air
I'm worried that the compressor is going to be the next step. My wife hasn't gotten back to me as to the results from this morning. My contact at Chrysler Parts Center sells them for $260 if I remember.
Got the TIPM, my dealer told me I got it cheaper than he could get them for and I got it from a Chrysler dealer.
Anyway, it should be installed today, they told me .5 hours for the install and electronic adjustments. That should cure the AC clutch problem as it goes through the TIPM which was exhibiting other issues as well, such as making door locks inoperative and putting the drive train in neutral through the 4x4 switch. At least that's what the mechanic at the dealership surmised.

Thank you, I appreciate that analysis. The dealer installed the unit and it cured the problem to date. So, the compressor seems to be working.
Amazing how many trucks are exhibiting the same exact issue. Its the darn fuse box...is what a TIPM really is. Amazing.
