New Tires- mounting on OEM wheel or H2 Hummer Wheels?

I am getting some Toyo's 285/75/17. Should I mount them on the OEM wheels or on the H2 Hummer wheels that I have on the truck?

I know the OEM wheels are with in the tire mounting range, but are just a bit narrower.

I installed my toyo 285/70's on the H2's on my truck and they still look and fill out the rim very well.

I already modified my stock center caps for the H2 wheels. Then one came loose and fell off. So I gotta get some if I decide with the OEM wheels. Didn't see any on this board or on E-bay. Help for center caps would be great too.

I think I will just mount them on the H2 wheels. Wider is better? Who knows... That way I always have my OEM set for back up.

I have a set of (shush!) GMC center caps for the H2 wheels. Pretty funny, when someone notices. They look a bit puzzled, Dodge truck with GMC wheels....

The truck will handle a bit better with H2 wheels, will ride a little smoother with the narrower stock wheels. Otherwise its just what's most convenient to you.
