My baby was vandalized.
Re:My baby was vandalized.
Try those eraser markers that are used on white boards. If you mark directly on top of the permanent marker, there is some chemical that allows you to erase everything. You must do it quickly. ie: before the combination of the two can dry.
Try it, it has always worked for me.
Good luck
Re:My baby was vandalized.
I vote for Meguire's Cleaner Wax first. The Meguire's products were in use during the 1940s by professional auto paint shops. They are designed to be safe on auto finishes. There are many different types of laquer thinners some are death to plastics. You might stop by a good auto paint shop first and see what they advise. There are lots of products out just for removing graffiti form painted surfaces without damaging the paint.
Re:My baby was vandalized.
I took the truck to my dealer and their detailing guru grabbed a bottle wax/cleaner, squirted some on a cloth, and voila, no more marks. Stupid me did not get the name of the product.
Re:My baby was vandalized.
I'm with teeth, I use goof off on everything, removing stickers, marks, stains, etc. didn't hurt paint on my truck, worth a try. Bad thing about having a nice truck, some jealous edit always wants to mess it up. >
