I don't think they are hoat rated. What is HOAT anyway? John Deere stuff is for diesels with sleeves, we don't even have sleeves, so we don't need worry about cavitation.

hybrid organic acid technology coolant (HOAT)
You really should stick with one coolant technology completely. If you like the JD stuff, just make sure to get a good flush and fill or change the coolant on more regular intervals than the 5yr/100,000 miles.
