moisture in headlights how to seal them?

moisture in headlights how to seal them?

ok guys it has been raining here alot lately and i noticed there was a little moisture on the inside of the lens of my headlights. is there anyway to seal this better, or should i just silicone the whole outside of the light and grease where the headlight goes in? thanks

I had that problem with one of the tail lights in my second gen.
I could see where it had separated at the plastic weld so I just waited till it was good and dry and sealed it up with RTV silicon. It seemed to work for as long as I owned the truck.

I had a similar issue. Some bulb grease around the base of the bulb worked. Like Ratsun said, check the lens and make sure it hadn't separated.

I've had to seal every foglight on every Dodge truck anyone in my family has owned. What I do is pull the light, remove the bulb, use a hairdryer blowing in the hole to COMPLETELY dry out the inside of the lens, then use aquarium silicon around the outer edge of the lens where it is sealed to the plastic base. I use aquarium silicon because it dries clear and is water proof. Never had a problem since with any of them.
