Mileage AGAIN!!!!

I have 6500 miles on my 03 and just finished a 2000 mile trip. I did no towing, but here is what I got.

Stay below 76 MPH and I got 21.8 MPG. Go above 76 MPH and it drops down to 18.1 mpg. None of this was off the computer, all based on gallons pumped.

So I stayed at 75mph and was a happy camper. ;D ;D

By the way it is a crew cab, long bed, six speed, 3.73 gear and HO engine.

Re:Mileage AGAIN!!!!

I am on my 3rd tank of fuel. 1st tank was 17.9 city highway, 2nd 18.5 city highway and 3rd tank I was crusing on a slow highway just under 60 and got 27.0 which is good as I can hope for. This is all in the US miles calibration. Double checked the 1st 2 tanks the longhand way and the computer is really close. I do tend to drive conservatively though!
Towing at 100km I get 13
These metric units of measure have me wondering now.
Are you saying that at 100 km/hour you get 13 Km/gallon? Or if my math is skewed tonight, you're saying towing at 62 mph returns 8 mpg? Seems kind of low to me for a 7500 pound trailer. Now if we correct for the GIQ gallon, it gets a little better, but still seems low.

How much is dsl fuel in Ontario now? I may be visiting in a month or so pulling the boat.

Re:Mileage AGAIN!!!!

No more gallon up here but yes it was an Imperial gallon which equalled 4.54 liters US Gallon = 3.78 liters.
I do believe he has converted to miles per gallon.
Still seems low.
