Is it possible to put the center consul from the Mega Cab into the Quad Cab?

 

The front seat is the same from the quad or mega, the rear seat is diffrant.

 

I'm talking about the dash piece that flows from the front dash through the center of the two front seats.

 

As far as I know, that center counsel is the same for both the Mega and the Quad. Im not quite sure how its attached and all, but I would think you could certainly put one in any of the trucks that don't have it. Just remove the old middle fold down seat and look at how the console bolts in and compare to the console. The only difference I could think of is that the Mega has duct work running through the bottom of the console for the rear seat and the Quad version probably doesn't.

Sorry I can't help much more than that. Maybe someone here has actually done this and knows exactly.

Does the Mega with the front console not have sport seats package. Mine does.

 

Does anyone have the part# and/or price for the center console? I don't like the center seat in my truck and would rather have the console.

 

They kind of screwed up the usefulness of the center seat on the 06+ since they put the cup holders etc. on the floor didn't they? There are other reasons why a front bench seat is handy though!
