lights were????

has any one ever thought about putting a offroad light on their tow mirrors between the mirror and the body

i've been wanting to do this so bad

I would guess you'd get a lot of reflection off the hood/fenders. I've had lights on my jeep on top of the windshield, and then also down on the windshield hinge (real close to where you're talking about) and all it did was provide an annoying glare that made it harder to see.

Some small marker lights on the outside ends of the mirrors would be cool like the Fords got.

Why not just but the window frame mounts that they make for Jeeps and install it that way?

If you install the lights on the mirror then when you hit a small tree or bush they won't have the room to flip back,they will break instead,unless you are just going for the look not application.

I know I tap trees and bushs alll the time and if they did not flip back I would have broke them by now.
