Level By Lowering?
I'm with you on this, beyond the cheaper tires a lot of the reason i want it a bit lower is my stock trailer will rub on the bed rails if you go through a ditch or something like that. Maybe Rich should just buy a Peterbilt cause he hauls so much....on second thought maybe a frieghtliner.

Thats really good advice, how do you suggest I get the front axle of the trailer back on the ground after I do that? Should I lift it? Maybe I could put bigger tires on the front axle? How would a professional do it?

my gn trailers come with an adjustable hitch from the factory and 4 or 5 inches wont raise your axles unless you have a 12 ft trailer or less. try to think outside the box not in itor do you need someone to hold your hand

There's no reason why you can't lower the rear end and run the 315s if you wish. I ran them on mine that way.
315s run fine with no lift or even lowered.
The truck sits much better with the rear down about 1 1/2 inches.
