lowering shackles for an 89 d250? or any type of lowering setup?

ive got me an 89. Its the only 1st gen in my town witch is cool but u dont see many lowered 1st gens or lowered cummins for that matter. I would like to drop the rear 2-3 inches...just level it up with the front pretty much. Yall kno of anybody that makes anything for those trucks? Thanks in advanced guys

If you're not going to haul anything, removing a short leaf or 2 will lower it.

You could make your own lowering shackles?? wouldn't be that big of a deal.



those are for 1st gen half ton trucks but you could make something similar

I lowered my first gen 4" in the back by flipping the front leaf spring mount and moving the rear leaf spring mount up 4"

Did you cut the coils up front or something??
