How do you do get the inside left rear door panel off ? I took out the screw, lifted the panel, but need the inside door handle off. I don't want the handle or any parts geting lost so some help is needed. I have 2007.5 3500 . Can you reach the outside door metal with the panel off and the window up? Thanks, Pat

 

If its still the same as mine, Pull the handle like you were opening the door. this will reveal the torx bolt holding the handle on. All thats left is popping the panel out starting at the bottom and then lifting the top out of window channel. Not sure if you'll be able to get at where you need but give it a try. everytime i get a dent, its always hidden by some **** internal ribbing.
