keep loosing dash light

keep loosing dash light
i got an 04 cummins and when i turn my lights on my dash lights will come on for alittle bit then they go off and the lamp out light keep buzzing on and off any body got any suggestions first time this happened it blew fuse changed it and now it does this thanks
