just registered and want to say hi to all. recently bought a 2004 4x4 2500 laramie and thought i might contribute to this forum. i am not new to dodge cummins having sold my one owner(me) 89 dodge w250 to my younger brother. i am having a good time re-equiping my new ride to pull my 98 alpenlite 27. so far i have installed the jacobs exhaust brake and a pullrite super 5 hitch(15.5k). the main reason for going to the new truck was for the manual transmission and the exhaust brake as the old truck was having trouble pulling the 11k trailer and a whole bunch of trouble stopping it in the hills around here. anyway, just wanted to say hello and to comment on what a fine truck these new ones are, jack

I see you're in CA. Is your new truck a 600 or did you get it out of state? Just wondering because everything in CA is SO auto until the 600 came out.
