Ok. So I am wanting something to montior when I am in regen. Fuel pressure and trans temp would be nice as well. I have a ScanGauge II which is fine for a plain ole truck, but not a diesel.

I've read but not quite sure if the Insight is all I need. I do not want any performance changes, only gauges. Insight? Do I need the EGT probe?

Also, I've read that the pillar mount Edge has on their site will not fit the Insight, just the Attitude. Is that true?

And another, where did you all purchase yours? Edge seems a little steep. I've found them elsewhere cheaper, but not the mount at the same place.

Searching I've found very little on the Insight actually. If someone has a place that has the info I need, feel free to point me there. Input would also be appreciated.

The Insight will do what you want. I bought the dash mount that sits on the left corner and looks good ,to me at least.
The latest update now allows 8 different display windows for any combination of parameters your interested in watching. Can't remember where I got mine but if I find the paperwork I'll let you know.

 

I've got one also works good has alot of options on what you want to monitor, you have to buy the egt probe separate, but it plugs right into the insight wiring harness which just plugs into the obd2 port under dash. Just gauges does nothing else had truck in dealer they asked what it was, they didn't care it was on the truck. The insight will fit the attitude moniter pillar mount
