Ignition power

I have installed a battery in my truck box for my slide in camper. I have connected this to the front battery via 2 10ga wires. The positive wire goes through a starter selenoid I picked up at the local parts store. What I need now is a 12v source that is switched by the ignition (low current draw) to power the selenoid.
Where has everyone been pulling their "ignition on" power from? I have been eyeballing the fuse box under the hood but that looks like a chore to pull all apart just to find there is nowhere to connect anything to...

Sorry, but the solonoid won't work. It will burn up quick. Have tried that a couple of times, they are made for short use. You will need a relay strong enough for the load.

Hmmm... Must be a brand or a type of selonoid. I had one on the '93 that was used steady for seven years. Having said that, the selenoid went with the truck and I bought a diffrent type this time. Maybe I wont have the same luck...
