HVAC controls not working except for blower

HVAC controls not working except for blower
Blower works fine but there is no other controls that work on the heater/ac switches. Appears that recirculate, AC, and rear Defrost are not working nor are their lights. The air direct switch does nothing. Is it the dash controller or a relay? Seems like all my fuses are okay.
Any ideas?
Vehicle is 2005 3500 Laramie, 5.9.
