How to raise front on 2wd model more than 1.5"

I like the look of that silver 4x4, especially the front rims. Where would I find those rims? I love deep dish rims.

This is very cool. I called and these guys said the Dodge, not all trucks, will align properly with up to 3" of lift. They have longer shocks available also. They said anything over 3" will look high in the front. I'd like to see some pictures of this though. Come on hauliday.
