I have a 2006 SLT. My high beams will not turn on nor will the high beam indicator on the dash. The low beams and fog lights work normally. I have check the bulbs and replaced the multi function switch without any change. I can't find any relay or specific fuse for the high beams. I'm at my wits end.

 

This video helped me diagnose my right side low beam not working.
May be the same issue with your high beams....

Edit: in my case, the pin for the right side headlight wasn't making proper contact. Just needed a little twist to work...
