High beams not working

I spent the better part of two hours trying to figure out why my passenger side high beam doesnt work sometimes. I flick the switch and only drivers side flick it a few more times and both are on. Its not the bulb and I unplugged all my plow harnesses and its not that what else could it be. Its really getting me aggrivated and I know if i go to the dealer theyll tell me its my plow harness.

Sounds like a possible wiring harness issue or the TIPM (Front Control Module).
