Find a Public Scale and get it weighed to know for sure. A lot of variables in mods, tires, etc.

My 04.5 2500 4x4 with BFG 315s empty and 1/4 tank was around 7120lbs on Public Scales. Your lift kit will add weight and the pro comps weigh a little more probably.

My 06 (all stock) weighed in at 7280lbs with me. So w/o me about 7090lbs. I would say your easily 7200 (w/o you in it) with your lift and tires.

What's the bet?

My 04 with me and my tools come in just shy of 8300. I'd go with MoparNut and say your round 7200.

I work at a place with a scale. I run across it all the time.

7000#'s new no mods 3/4 fuel

7420#'s with all mods and a 125# bedslide in the rear. With full tank of fuel.

Looks like you got that bet.

Haven't weight it empty but with a sled deck and two sleds, half tank of diesel and me in it 10,000lbs. Empty with me in it full of diesel i'm assuming around 8,200lbs or so.

Since it's sort of on topic, does anyone know what you can legally carry on these trucks? I'm trying to find out what i'm legally allowed to haul with my 04 3500 and found about 10 different answers. Don't want to get caught overweight.
