2006 2500 Ram Center Rear Belt complete or Retractor *Gray*

If anyone is a Dodge Parts dealer or if you can direct me to a parts breakdown with part numbers.

My Center Rear Seat Belt keeps locking up in the retracted position, you can't pull it out.

My local dealer won't give me part numbers.

I literally just got off the phone with Chrysler, they're going to cover both seat belts. I'm at 41,300 miles so I'm dropping it off Monday.
