Has anyone tried the Hella 9007 100/80 "off road" headlight bulbs? Would the wattage be too much for the wiring on a 2004?

The stock wiring should handle it but if you are doubtful then use your stock wiring to trigger relays for the hight wattage lights. Wire the input for the relays directly to your battery + side.
