I feel your pain - mine broke a few weeks back (clunk) and passenger side air sucks ever since - lucky for me I'm always the driver!

But I hate to let anyone else touch my machinery, so warranty or not - I'd like to fix the blend door myself... if I knew of a dealer/tech I trusted, I'd bring it there in a heartbeat.

I have to decide what to do before next summer.
