I've been having an intermittent problem with the passenger side headlight on my Mega.

Sometimes low beam works and sometimes it doesn't!

replaced the bulb, checked the connection and no joy!

Any known problem areas to check?

I need to leave on a 2,000 mile trip tuesday and need this corrected before then!

How about a Jerry rig fix until I get back?
