Anyone taken a 3rd Gen Ram headlight appart. Need to remove the 2 adjusters bolts and clean the corrosion from the threads. Adjusters are attached to the back with 2 screws. Met with resistance when I took the screws out and tried to slide the adjuster out of the assembly. All tips greatly appreciated.

i had mine apart when i changed them to hid projectors i pulled the lense and adjusters out and trashed them , it looks like the adjuster bolt was attached to a pivit ball on the reflector lense before the clear lense was installed ,i would try to clean and lube the bolt where it go's through the block with the two screws

 

Thanks Carl48. Dug through my junk and found a headlight I crunched hitting a cow a couple of months ago. Agree with you, the thing has to come apart from front to back. No other way.
