I have a buddy with a 2005 Dodge 2500 and needs new tires. I showed him the Hankooks and the price is pretty good and the tire looks to be a well built. How did they balance and how are they holding up so far? I think they will be my next tire for my truck. Where did you buy them from? Scotty

I think you'll like them. I was over at the Diesel Place (Duramax forum) and the RF10s seem to be well liked over there. Still not a lot of guys running them, but those that are seem happy.

Capp, i think you'll like them... i've dug & looked at lots of sites & have not found any negative comments... these are the first i've seen & really are hearsay

i've had mine about a month now... 1500 miles and no issues, tires stick good to the road in rain & ice, no snow yet to test... i wouldn't recommend doing many burnouts with them, noticed some small chunks gone, they smoke pretty good as well... hankooks are slightly louder than my ProComp ATs, but barely noticeable over the mighty Cummins ... lost about 1 mpg over the ProComps but still getting 20-21 to/from work... i haven't towed anything yet, but don't see that being an issue

BTW, i'm running mine at 65 front/60 rear

i'll follow up with some pics this weekend

I just installed a set on Monday. I have been waiting for the BFG's to wear a little more. I should have pulled the trigger in early November when i was researching I would have saved $100. I paid $830 installed. I sure wish I had the hookup some of you guys do .

That is still a good price installed. You figure if you spent about 700 or so on just the tires, you can always expect to pay around 25.00 a tire for mounting and balancing. I think you did well. Scotty

They had them that price at Online Tires.com .

I made Discount Tires Direct match the price. I know they stand behind their warranties.

I have a thing against Toyo, I had the open country M/ts and in 2, 8 hour trips I burned 1/4 on the tires pulling a trailer each way. Never again will I own them when they are on a 1ton.

Got the RF10's on my 3500. I tow a touhauler all summer that combos somewhere between 26-28k dependong on what's in it. I love these tires. They're wearong veru well imo. I've got about 20k on them. I shouldn't have troubles getting another 20k out of them. They ride better than my BFG's, balanced better, and the cost is wicked good too. I heard Hankook actually builds for Michelin too. So some of the engineering transfers over. I don't have enough good things to say about them and I will certainly be buying another set.
