Guage Lights Question

My 06 2500 is loosing the instrument lights at the fuel guage area part of the spedo and the parts guy at the dealer can't find bulbs in the parts book, only for A/C area and over head console, Has anyone here actually changed a bulb on a 3rd gen cluster, I just assumed that they were like most other vehicles. before I start digging into the dash I thought I would ask.

Thanks, Mike

I had several of mine go out a few yrs ago. Went to dealership and actually got lucky.....no no not that way . They had just had to order a set for another customer and knew exactly what I needed....what luck. Anywho, the cluster bulbs on my '03 were the same as the a/c control bulbs. Not sure about the '06 models but I would think they'd be the same still. Very easy to change out....just take your time with the cluster removal....not much room to work when getting the harnesses unplugged back there.
