Goodyear GSA Cracking

I've read the threads on this. Will they help me out with this problem? They have 46000 miles on them and I noticed the cracking around the rim area.Or just take care of it myself? The mileage is the only question. Thanks

I had my Michelins replaced with around 12000 miles. First challenge was finding a tire store that wanted to deal with the hassle of the warranty claim. Second challenge was getting 100% refund, not pro-rated. I suspect your going to only get around 25% credit towards new tires, so you'll have to decide if it is worth your effort.

I had mine pro-rated and replaced under goodyear warranty at around 38,000 miles. They gave me around 160 dollars a tire which helped out alot. It cost me around 600 dollars to get all six replaced. Aggrivating but it only cost me half of a new set's price so I can't complain too much.

Edited: Goodyear goes by how much tread you have used to prorate what they are worth. Take it to a goodyear store and show them the cracks and ask for a warranty replacement on all tires.
