Ok so who has changed there fuel filter on there 6.7. I'm hearing some stories that it might be a royal pain in the ..... wheel well. Really though have you done it, how much for the filters? How many miles is recommended to run before changing? - to lazy to look in manual tonight.

I changed mine a few weeks ago and followed some advice given here and found the job was easy enough. I pulled the left front tire off and put a floor jack under the axle and was able to reach in and turn the filter with an oil filter removal tool to loosen then opened drain to allow fuel to drain , then just remove and make sure O ring is off then reinstall new one.
I'm a pretty big guy and had no trouble reaching in to do the job.
As far as price I forgot , other than I bought it at the Dealer and it was cheaper than anything else I found at that time. Hope this helps.
