Wanted to come back and explain so it didn't come off so rude. there's alot of knowledge on this site and when you list something in the 3rd generation sites you are limiting who see's your post. The biggest numbers of people here are in the 1st and 2nd generation threads and would never see it here. Good Luck.

Call Bully Dog

I would get on the phone with Bully Dog. If your friend has an 4.5 up and they sent you a program for an early 04, then there at fault. however you should check the numbers and make sure you had the right programer (not sure of programers, but they tell you to check chips before starting the truck) I would call them and ask them about it. If they sent you the wrong module then they are "responsible" for it. Not 100% as they warrenty nothing, but you know what I mean, ask them what happend, can problably help a bunch more than us. I'd unplug the batteries, let it sit for half an hour and see if you can recover the program after that? Did he unplug it while downloading? Something in the chip? Truck? Sorry I can't help more. Tow it home so it don't sit at the station all night.

If I am not mistaking. You should be able to disconect both batteries for 30 min. That takes everything back to stock. Then call BD when you have time. This should get you back and running.
