First time I've noticed...
Don’t forget here in the US where we drive on the right hand ride of the road most roads are crowned making the left side of the road higher than the right side. A truck listing to port would tend to be more level going down the road. Also which way do these engines turn; do they torque the truck clockwise as seen from the drivers seat making the right starboard (right hand) side compress?

I assume to take into account the driver & fuel weight.
My driverside wire is .915
My passenger wire is .895
There was a similar difference that I noticed on my hemi before I
traded up.
The part numbers are different (see tag on springs) from side to side.
I don't know if Dodge handled it similarly with the 4wd or not. Might be
worth checking.

Do you have a dirt bike or something you could put in the right side of the bed to see if it levels out? Seems to me like 272 lbs of fuel could make it sit lower on the left.
I've got a 66 Mustang that sits 1/2" lower on the driver's side and it drives me crazy!!! I've replaced all suspension and measured everything and it's never been wrecked yet still can't figure out why it leans.
Doesn't the transfer case and front drive line sit mostly on the left side as well?

on a chevy s10, it is a very common occurance. it is even called the "chevy lean" in the s10 circles. Belltech even came up with a spring spacer that is sold individually so you could raise the front driver's side 1/2" to level out with the passenger side. it had something to do with the design of the spring pocket on the driver's side as opposed to the passenger side. since your truck is leaning in the rear as well, i would think that most likely it is due to fuel weight and your body weight (you said you drive alone usually) sagging that side of the suspension over time. as was mentioned before, if your truck is still under warranty and you feel strongly about it, take it to the dealership and have them replace the coil and leafs.
