Well, after sitting on the fence for a year, I decided to go for it. A 7"DBL DIN Kenwood DNX7120 is in the mail. So I need a new bezel, wiring harness and is that it? Any advice would be appreciated.

Is it navi? If not, you shouldn't have much to do but wire it in, install the mount kit and possibly tap the parking brake. If you can find some forums on the radio type you bought you can figure out if you can avoid tapping the brake so you can watch movies while driving. Most of them will block it out as soon as the brake disengages.
If it is navi, you will have other things to do, like possibly mount a modulator gyro box, tap in to the speed sensor, it all depends on the brand. I'm on my fourth screen since 2002, wouldn't have it any other way. I however have to use single din screens.
Metra makes good install products, thats what I have for wiring and install plastic.

I got my wood grain bezel at the local jeep dealership for $84. I saw them on ebay for about $115 for the wood grain, less for the shiny aluminum.
You can save some headache if you buy the CAN-BUS adapter with the navigation wires on it. The adapter is $90 or so on Ebay, but gives you the VSS, parking brake, and brake light wires right there behind the radio. The normal CAN-BUS adapter only provides a switched 12V adapter. I haven't put my Pioneer Avic Z2 and alarm in yet, but I purchased the CAN-BUS adapters for both. The one for the alarm gives an easy interface for door locks, dome light, etc.
As for GPS antenna position, I'm not sure if I'll mount mine on the roof or maybe on the dashboard or backside of the SRT pillar. Roof is always better, but more of a hassle.
