Well where to start. About six months ago I bought a 2007 Toyota Tundra which was my very first new truck. All though it was a very nice truck I never did quite fall in love with it. I have always wanted a Mega Cab but always thought the price was way beyond my means. In December 07 Dodge was blowing out trucks and there was $7500 dealer cash which made my dream truck cheaper then my Tundra. I quickly scrambled and put the tundra on the market,
tried trading in and no bites. I finally found someone to buy it and was too late to get a 5.9 stick anywhere near home. I found one in Arizona and contacted a dealer down there who drove it to Vegas airport for me and the deal was sealed. I have owned my new mega cab for six weeks now and cannot quit staring at it. I now know exactly what the hype is about and even at $4.19 a gallon it can't even began to crack the smile off my face.
Anyways the only things I have done are in my sig and I just debadged her today. I love this forum and according to my wife spend Waaaayyyy too much time here.
thanks guys.

Nice truck BTW.

I had the same truck 06, but not mega. You'll love it.

I was a member at TDR since 2000. I dont even go over there anymore. I spend my time on the DTR instead. Friendlier people and a vast array of knowledge.

Just buy her some flowers, she'll get over it. (At least I hope she does, I had to buy my wife her own CTD)

Nice truck!

Look into the fuel tank vent mod. Buys you another 4 gallons or so and faster fill-up.

One of the best mods for the money!

Very nice truck. The 22.5s will be right at home on your truck, especially since it's now debadged.

I already feel guilty enough every time I fill up, I think an extra $16 for 4 gallons might be enough to send me over the edge. Costs me $140 to fill her now.

Me too, but having a little extra range is nice when you need it! It may also put off your next refuel for a day or two!

Then again, saving a little time at fill up to get a consistently full tank means you know your mpg to a better degree.
