Fender Flares

I am having some trouble deciding want flares i want to put on my truck, i really like the pocket style but i seen a truck in the home depot parking lot and they stuck out like 6 inches at the front door hinge, and looked terrible but i have seen pics on here and they dont stick out. where do i get them? also i tried to upload some pictures and dont know if they went through. should i keep the after market wheels on or but the dull silver color stock wheels back on? please help.

You may have seen the Boss Pocket Flares or the Cutout Flares. The normal Pocket Flares are pretty much the same all the way across. The best place I ave found to buy them right now is Here

I have the OEM powerwagon fender flares. I have been very happy with them. Mine are 4 years old now. They don't stick out to much, imo.

Is has like a softer rubber behind it, but any brand of flares can still rub some. As best I can tell it doesn't appear to be damaging my paint any. Im not taking them off unless im replacing them, so I don't worry about it.

Bingo! Everybody worries to death about flares rubbing on fender, once there on there you won't need to remove them unless your going to replace them. Shouldn't be a big hassle, just put some 3m tape to add more protection to prevent rubbing through coat and start rusting.
