I added the factory fogs when I got the truck in 03. tied the relay to the parking light so i can turn on fogs anytime the parking lights are on. So they can be turned on with hi and low or only parking.

I bought my 06 with out fog lights. I requested them to be put on and when they were I had the dealer wire/program them so they are on all the time- high beams on or off. 116k miles no problems. Drive the veh everyday after dark due to my work schedule. The only thing the tech told me is that is was illegal. I told him I know and the truck governs out around 92mph so I run around 85 and thats no legal either. He had no futher comment

I would be very surprised if the low's are staying on as well. I would guess your just not seeing them turn off. The adjustment with the star scan just leaves the fogs on, but the low's still turn off.

Its actually a federal law.

But leaving the fogs on with the hi's is an amazing improvement. But since my 05 is an 05 my only option was a brite-box and I am quite impressed.

My Bully Dog has that option. Sure is nice too! With all the options on the BD, it would be nice if they had a "live data" option.

I've run my Bully Dog with this setup for years. There's no worry about burning up the wires. I ran my 04 Hemi that way too. Non-issue I assure you.

It must be more than that because fog lights and high beams together is not legal in Canada.
