Error codes what now?

Error codes what now?
Playing around in the truck I decided to do the cluster test. Well got three codes,
0D-35 PRNDL switch input circuit open
A7-65 VIN checksum error
AA-65 PCM messages not received
Anyone have any ideas what to look at to correct these. The codes are activate because cycling the key and redoing the test increments the key cycle numbers. Can these be erased using smarty jr (son has one)?
